how it works

step 1

check availability 

Our availability varies, so please give us a call prior to dropping off your animal unless prior arrangements with Bill are made. 

step 2

submit cut sheets

Cut sheets are required for each animal meant for processing and due at time of drop off. 

step 3

carcass assessment

Prior to any formal cuts, the animal is cleaned and weighed. Additional fees may apply if a carcass does not meet our standards. We are not responsible for loss of meat due to poor hunting practice

step 4

butcher butchers

After cleaning and weighing the animal, the butcher will start to perform cuts. 

step 5

pick up & storage

Once your order is completed, we will give you a call. We require standard-order pick-up within 48 hours. Additional fees may apply if the pick-up day exceeds the provided window.
